Hi !

I am a healthy and positive man from Norway who is now 58 years old and in a good mood.

I'm a shop owner of an interior design luxury shop in Stavanger, and work daily with that, but I want to move on to the next chapter of my life.

I would like to present an investment opportunity involving a privately owned luxury yacht 21-metre Sanlorenzo SL20, which is planned to be professionally refitted and operated in the premium yacht charter market in Ibiza and Formentera, which is the highest-paying area.

The yacht is already fully owned, meaning that the investment will be used directly to complete the refit and prepare the vessel for commercial charter operations.

Proposed Investment :

The total capital required is approximately €100,000

The proposed structure is :

Investment : €100,000

Investor ownership : 30 %

Current owner retains : 70 %

Refit budget : Approximately €100,000

Owner’s buy-back option : €200,000

Buy-back period : 6 months following completion of the refit.

The approximately €100,000 will be used for technical and mechanical work, safety and charter preparation, exterior restoration, interior refurbishment, upholstery, carpets, woodwork, equipment and final preparation for the Ibiza charter market, which is May 1, 2027.

Once the refit is completed, depending on the country where we carry out the refitting, as it is labor-intensive, the yacht will undergo an independent professional valuation.

The owner will then have the contractual right to buy back the investor’s 30 % interest for €200,000 within six months following completion of the refit.

If the buy-back is not exercised within this period, the investor retains the 30 % ownership interest and participates in 30 % of distributable profits from the yacht operation, subject to the final investment / shareholders’ agreement.

Charter Business :

The intention is to position the Sanlorenzo as a distinctive premium charter yacht in Ibiza and Formentera, combining classic Italian yacht heritage with a professionally refurbished contemporary interior.

Our preliminary operating scenarios are :

Conservative scenario :

40 charter days × €4,000 = €160,000 gross annual revenue.

Base scenario :

60 charter days × €5,000 = €300,000 gross annual revenue.

Strong season :

80 charter days × €5,500 = €440,000 gross annual revenue.

These figures are planning assumptions and not guaranteed revenues.

Crew, insurance, berth, management, maintenance, commissions, taxes and other operating expenses must be deducted before calculating distributable profit.

Why We Believe the Opportunity Is Attractive :

The underlying yacht already exists and is fully owned.

The investment is therefore primarily being used to increase the value and commercial potential of an existing asset, rather than financing its acquisition.

Sanlorenzo is a recognised Italian luxury yacht brand, and the approximately 21-metre size places the vessel in an attractive segment of the the high-paying clientele Ibiza charter market.

I have information that all yachts were fully booked for the entire season last season and the season before that, so there is no doubt that there is potential for good income.

Before the investment is completed :

We propose obtaining an independent marine survey, current valuation, detailed refit budget and timetable, together with a professional Ibiza charter / management proposal.

The investment can also be released against agreed and documented refurbishment milestones, providing additional transparency and protection for the investor.

The yacht stay now innside in north Italy on a marina with complete refit possibilities, work has been made finish under the yachts waterline in this marine refit workshop.

The Italian work prices are high and can be don there with skilled workers an safe process, the amount of refit results in the budget can be les in Italy.

There are highly skilled marine refit workshop i Tunisia, how have several Italian yachts for refit there, then the amount of refit results will be over double there.

The entirely yacht are build in tropical plywood in 28 millimeter thickness how are very strong and sound proof, if a fire develops its possible to stop the fire, how are the opposite of most yachts how are build in a oil product - Polyester.

Investment Summary :

€100,000 investment

30 % ownership

21-metre Sanlorenzo SL20

Approximately €100,000 refit programme

Ibiza / Formentera premium charter operation

€200,000 owner buy-back option

6-month buy-back period after completion May 1, 2027.

30 % retained ownership and profit participation if the buy-back is not exercised

Base-case target of approximately €300,000 gross annual charter revenue

I believe this provides a straightforward investment structure :

Participation in a tangible underlying asset and its charter business, combined with a clearly defined potential exit through the owner’s buy-back option.

If this opportunity is of interest, we can provide photographs of the yacht, details of the planned refurbishment, financial projections and further information regarding the proposed investment structure.

As security, the investor will be a co-owner until the debt is paid, and afterwards he will be invited to purchase a similar agreement and so on.

I'm positive to register the yacht company in your country with you as part owner in necessary contract time.

I am a designer and own my interior shop where I have all the materials and knowledge needed for the yacht.

Thanks in advance.
